Susan is a Managing Director with The Lansco Corporation, a leading retail leasing firm. Susan works with global fashion brands to support their entry into and across major markets in the US. Susan works with these brands to secure flagship locations that support their brand profile, reach their target customers and business objectives. As a retail leasing advisor, Susan is often called upon to facilitate strategic alliances that can seamlessly support all aspects of market entry from concept to key. Susan also represents landlords and helps position and market their property to tenants that have the greatest likelihood to succeed in those locations.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Susan spent over fifteen years in marketing and advertising, with a focus on new product development. She brought this perspective into commercial real estate several years ago to partner with the brands and landlords she works with. Susan is also the Chairperson of The Wharton Retail Network specializing in Fashion. And she run retail events to introduce new brands into the Madison Avenue, Upper East Community.

Susan holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. She travels frequently and loves film, jazz and hockey and is hoping the Rangers will win. Susan lives in New York and Chevy Chase, MD with her husband Terry and son, Max, (coincidentally) her favorite hockey player.
